You might purchase your through our website or with your hotel’s concierge. If you would like to purchase tickets the same day, please call ahead to assure that there is enough spots since the tours sell out ahead.

2. How much food is served on the food tour?

The tours have enough food so you don’t have to go eat after the tour.

3. How long does the tour last?

The tours last between 2-3 hours depending on the size of the group and the pace of the tour.

4. How much walking is involved?

There will be around 1-1.5 miles of walking and enough time to seat and rest.

5. Do your tours have anything new to offer to the local visitors?

Yes, usually we get a good feedback from Miami locals. There is lot to learn about history, architecture and food for the local community.

6. Does the tour guide accept gratuities?

The common gratuity rate in Miami is 15-20% of your ticket price. Tips are greatly appreciated if you felt your tour was good.

7. What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

We are able to accommodate vegetarians on the tours. If you have any other dietary restrictions please let us know ahead while booking the tours, so we can try to accommodate.

8. When is the best time to take the tour?

It is always great to take the tour on the beginning of your trip so you learn about things to do and places you must visit.

9. Is the tour wheelchair and baby stroller accessible?

Yes, our tours can accommodate wheelchairs and baby strollers.

10. Can I book a private group tour?

You are always welcome to book our private tours for your family and friends. Our tours are designed to bring pleasurable experience for team building, bachelorette parties and family reunions. It is the best to consult ahead about your group needs so we can make it even a better experience.

11. Are gift certificates available?

Gift certificates are available and they don’t have expiration dates. You can transfer them to different person as well.

12. Are the tours offered only in English?

Our tours are always in English. Our tour guides also speak Spanish. Private tours are available in English, Spanish and Russian.

13. What happens if it rains or storms?

We operate our tours rain or shine. It is also advised to check the weather predictions so you are able to dress accordingly. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for the best experience.

14. Are cameras allowed on the tour?

Yes, cameras are allowed on the tour, so you can make pictures of the sights and food on the tour.

15. Is there parking near the tour starting point?

We don’t provide parking for the tour, but there is paid parking around the starting point of the tour.

16. I’m a travel industry professional, do I qualify for any discounts?
